Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead one large complex project or multiple mid-size complex projects, ensuring speed and quality delivery within budget.
  • •Consult on delivery strategies, frameworks, tools, and processes to solve complex delivery issues and drive successful outcomes.
  • •Create and manage detailed project plans covering scope, constraints, risks, and dependencies; actively manage budget, burn/velocity, and margin performance.
  • •Proactively manage risks and issues using an ongoing RAID log, triage high-risk projects, and escalate to obtain support.
  • •Serve as primary client point of contact for delivery status, deliverables, and relationships; mentor junior program managers and improve delivery practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7+ years of experience leading digital projects/programs.
  • •2+ years agency/consultancy experience (5+ preferred).
  • •Proficiency delivering with Agile (and hybrid) methodologies and advanced PM tools.
  • •Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and delivering digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Experience with standard PM tools including Smartsheet and Jira/Confluence; Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred.
