Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior commercial leadership and brand finance leaders to lead responsible financial management for the APAC region, including planning, tracking, analysis, and quarterly forecasting.
  • •Oversee expense management and financial reporting for the APAC region, including planning, tracking, analysis, and delivery of regional platform expenses.
  • •Support long-range plan financials, annual budget, and Quarterly Financial Reviews with VF’s ELT, ensuring systematic and consistent financial information across business units.
  • •Develop performance metrics and scorecards, drive and adopt consistent global regional processes aligned with other regional finance leaders and the enterprise.
  • •Lead a team of finance professionals, including recruiting, mentoring, managing, and developing talent to deliver regional goals and improve operating performance.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Ten to twelve years of progressive experience with five years of managerial experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of domestic and international business in the Outdoor Industry (preferred).
  • •Proficient with software including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • •Superior oral and written communication skills, with quality focus in process improvement, metrics, and scorecards.
