Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic footprint planning and continuous optimization of the Americas manufacturing network across 5–10 year horizons.
•Serve as single owner of integration through-line for complex capital programs, facility start-ups, brownfield expansions, site consolidations, and strategic work transfers.
•Orchestrate multi-phase programs with master integration, schedule coordination, and financial oversight for 5–10 interdependent sub-projects.
•Enforce phase-gate governance and establish decision governance to sequence milestones, manage capital expenditure risk, and align program teams.
•Translate technical and financial analyses into executive-ready proposals and support change enablement and workforce readiness during operational transitions.

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical discipline.
•10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or supply chain.
•5+ years of direct leadership in manufacturing, operations strategy, or running complex capital/transformation programs in a matrixed industrial environment.
•Proven track record coordinating multi-phase capital programs or transition initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
•Strong command of program integration methods for highly interdependent workstreams (e.g., critical path, resource smoothing, risk registers).
