Mechanic Specialist, Level 1-4 (El Paso, TX)

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and auxiliary equipment, with a focus on reciprocating and turbine engines and compressors. Assess engine and compressor component condition, perform heavy maintenance per company standards and OEM specifications, and ensure safety and environmental compliance. Mentor teammates, respond to after-hours calls, complete accurate documentation, and complete required administrative tasks such as parts ordering and timesheets. Work in an industrial environment with significant overnight travel.
