Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents for clients and suppliers in line with WPP policies.
  • •Approve contracts and manage signatures, filing, and service to maintain proper archives.
  • •Review RFPs and bids, provide legal comments, and request/review policy terms for contract or bid submissions.
  • •Maintain and update the contract platform and report activities to regional and global levels.
  • •Manage relationships with outside attorneys, monitor litigation, and support corporate procedures, including labor-related issues and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Legal professional with specialization or a master’s degree in contract law, commercial law, or a related field.
  • •5 years of experience in contract and corporate law.
  • •Advanced proficiency in English.
  • •Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
  • •Experience managing relationships with clients, vendors, and outside attorneys.
