Job Summary

Senior Quantity Surveyor to act as the key client interface and deliver value‑added cost management for a major, multi‑phase data center construction program. Lead cost planning, reporting, and commercial negotiations, coordinating with design teams and contractors. Remote within the US is possible; based in US Central or Mountain time zones.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop detailed cost plans and estimates through design and delivery phases for a multi‑building, large‑scale construction campus.
•Produce and present monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding information.
•Coordinate cost data from design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for thorough cost validation.
•Lead the review, estimation, negotiation, and reconciliation of change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
•Mentor, coach, and support the development of junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
•5–7+ years of relevant experience in construction cost management on medium to large‑scale projects.
•Data center construction experience or mission‑critical/high‑tech facilities experience is strongly preferred.
•Construction consulting experience strongly preferred.
•Proficiency with industry‑standard cost management tools and software.
