Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day accounting, including foreign subsidiary accounting, multi-currency consolidation, and local tax compliance.
  • •Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with GAAP-compliant financial statements.
  • •Prepare monthly flash reports and board-level financial packages with key KPIs, burn rate, and runway.
  • •Lead preparation for the company’s first external audit.
  • •Manage domestic and international tax filings, evaluate ERP/financial systems, and implement internal controls and automation to streamline finance operations.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a high-growth startup environment.
  • •Active CPA license; Big 4 accounting background is a significant plus.

  • •Ability to manage multi-currency consolidation, foreign subsidiary accounting, and local tax compliance.
