Job Summary

Own mobility operations across the employee lifecycle by maintaining HR tech platforms, mobility trackers, dashboards, and metrics to ensure accurate data. Use an automation-first, AI-driven approach to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable HR tech solutions. Coordinate mobility onboarding/offboarding workflows for international transfers, partner with Performance & Incentives for compensation and global mobility cost analysis, and guide employees and candidates through system workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, maintain, and audit mobility trackers, dashboards, and operational metrics within HR tech platforms to ensure data integrity.
•Use an AI-driven, automation-first approach to identify employee lifecycle bottlenecks and implement scalable HR tech solutions.
•Partner with the Performance & Incentives team for data-driven insights, compensation analysis, and global mobility cost calculations.
•Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding technical workflows, including Day 1 orientations for international transfers and new hires.
•Coordinate mobility data flows with global stakeholders (Tax, Payroll, Legal, Procurement) and serve as a primary operational contact for employees, candidates, and Talent Acquisition.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

•4+ years of relevant experience in HR Tech, HRIS, HR Analytics, or HR Operations.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
•Strong ability to manage complex data tracking and technical tasks effectively.
•Background in HR tech platforms and data management, including converting manual workflows into automated workflows.
•Able to handle sensitive employee data and confidential information with high integrity in a fast-paced environment.
