Job Summary

Drive on-premise channel execution for assigned geographic areas by translating on-premise strategies into localized business plans. Partner with distributor management teams and Gold Network distributor partners to increase distribution and availability of the beer portfolio, manage local account relationships, activate promotional programs and events, and execute new product/packaging rollouts. Report market performance, support budgeting and investments, and ensure retail execution aligns to ABP targets.

•Own local market execution of on-premise strategies and initiatives within assigned territory.
•Collaborate with internal teams and distributor partners to develop and execute local on-premise business plans and strategic growth initiatives.
•Ensure key sales priorities are incorporated into localized plans, including strategic account development, distributor engagement, and special event support.
•Build and maintain relationships with owners/operators/managers of local strategic accounts and support oversight and execution of local programs and promotions.
•Manage sales budgeting and execute local plans that increase distribution and availability, including promotional activations and new product/packaging rollouts.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; in lieu of degree, minimum four years sales experience with a malt beverage supplier or wholesaler.
•4+ years retail sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry (malt beverage preferred) with complete understanding of the on-premise retail environment.
•Working knowledge of the promotional marketing process.
•Advanced computer literacy using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook; ability to use business and sales reporting tools.
•Ability to travel 20–30% of working time and drive up to 5 hours; strong self-starter planning and execution skills.
