Key Responsibilities

  • •Own dispute intake, evidence compilation, and resolution across payment processors and markets, defining SLAs and win-rate targets while driving systemic fixes.
  • •Own fraud operations, including investigations and transaction reviews, setting monitoring and escalation standards and tracking fraud loss trends to address emerging attack patterns.
  • •Track payment performance metrics (authorization rates, payment success rates, decline codes, fraud losses) and review new payment methods against performance thresholds with dashboard/alerting standards.
  • •Serve as senior operational point of contact for payment-related escalations from Customer Success, leading deep dives and producing structured analysis for publisher conversations.
  • •Manage day-to-day operational relationships with PSPs and payment partners, hold them accountable to performance/SLA commitments, and lead incident root-cause investigation and remediation communications.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8+ years in payments operations, fraud ops, or fintech risk, with experience owning a function or leading operational initiatives.
  • •Run dispute, chargeback, fraud, and performance monitoring end-to-end, comfortable operating across multiple payment processors simultaneously.
  • •Direct experience with global PSPs (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Razorpay) and strong understanding of card network dispute mechanics (Visa/Mastercard rules).
  • •Experience owning PSP/partner relationships and influencing product, engineering, and Customer Success without formal authority.
  • •Strong analytical ability to work across dashboards/data tools and build structured reports; detail-oriented and self-directing with business-level English proficiency.
