Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and online and mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; assist with new account openings and problem resolution as a secondary contact.

Key Requirements
