•Perform periodic reviews for existing customers and analyze information for unusual patterns or inconsistencies.
•Maintain accurate records while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of relevant experience in KYC/AML or financial services operations
•Fluent in Japanese reading and writing (Kanji & Kana); JLPT N2/N1 preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with internal systems
•Detail-oriented with strong ownership, proactive, solution-focused and able to meet deadlines
•Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
