Key Responsibilities

•Manage all trade show and conference deadlines, coordinate booth materials, and oversee shipping/freight logistics.
•Organize, prep, and manage on-site schedules for the sales team and attending executives to maximize their time and impact.
•Research, evaluate, and recommend the best industry conferences and trade shows across target verticals.
•Secure, handle, and optimize event sponsorships and executive presentation/speaking opportunities.
•Ensure seamless lead capture at events and partner with revenue teams to track pipeline impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of dedicated field marketing and event management experience.
•Hands-on experience working with major trade show vendors and general contractors.

•Ability to hit the ground running immediately and handle high volumes of events.
