Job Summary

Lead the Engineering & Maintenance organization to execute the plant’s Progressive Maintenance and Equipment Reliability strategy across electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Own the site strategic capital plan, CAPEX/expense budgeting, and on-time, on-budget project execution, including major downtime activities. Develop and lead a workforce of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff while ensuring OSHA and safety compliance. Drive reliability improvements using predictive and preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, and root-cause problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute the Progressive Maintenance / Equipment Reliability strategic plan to maintain the plant’s electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
•Develop and execute the site strategic capital plan, ensuring proper resourcing for on-time/budget project execution.
•Direct progressive maintenance and reliability activities (preventative, predictive, and corrective) to maximize operational potential.
•Lead and develop the Engineering & Maintenance workforce, including staffing models, tools/supplies/materials, and employee training.
•Monitor capital and expense budgets and oversee major maintenance projects and downtime activities in manufacturing, while enforcing safety and OSHA requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 141,900 - 195,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

•Manufacturing experience.
•OSHA and safety-focused leadership to meet safety requirements (implied by role/accountability).
