Supervisor, Collections US and Canada

Lead the Tulsa Collections team focused on the US and Canada, driving Accounts Receivable strategies and ensuring timely invoice payments. Oversee disputes and deductions, manage SLAs and reporting, enforce SOX compliance, and support audits and month-/year-end close activities. Partner with Commercial and Customer Service to improve efficiency and customer relationships, while hiring, training, and developing a team of 8 through clear goals and continuous improvement.
