Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical hiring across our engineering organisation and lead recruitment for product engineers, applied AI/LLM engineers, platform and infrastructure roles, and product/technical leadership roles.
  • •Build strong pipelines by proactively identifying and engaging engineers across Scotland, the UK and Europe.
  • •Partner with engineering leaders, including the CTO and engineering managers, to define roles, refine interview processes and hire the right people.
  • •Run end-to-end hiring processes including role kick-offs, sourcing, interview coordination, candidate experience and offer negotiation.
  • •Help us scale by improving hiring playbooks, interview scorecards and recruiting infrastructure as the team grows.
