Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical integrations with strategic partners across APAC, including exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other participants.
  • •Serve as the primary technical point of contact across onboarding, implementation, launch, and post-launch support.
  • •Work with Business Development on technical evaluations, architecture discussions, and partner diligence.
  • •Troubleshoot complex integration issues and coordinate with Engineering and Product to drive rapid resolution.
  • •Translate partner feedback into actionable product improvements and help evolve documentation, tooling, and integration processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, Developer Relations, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • •Strong software or systems engineering foundation with understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and blockchain infrastructure.
  • •Professional experience in crypto, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or Web3.
  • •Experience supporting technical integrations with external partners or enterprise customers.
  • •Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required, along with maintaining 8–10 hours of U.S. overlap weekly.
