Job Summary

Partner with exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other ecosystem players across APAC to integrate Ondo’s blockchain-enabled products and infrastructure. Own technical discovery through launch and post-launch optimization, troubleshoot complex integration issues with Engineering and Product, and guide partners to long-term success. Collaborate with Business Development on technical evaluations and advocate for product and developer-experience improvements based on partner feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical integrations with strategic partners across APAC, including exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other participants.
•Serve as the primary technical point of contact across onboarding, implementation, launch, and post-launch support.
•Work with Business Development on technical evaluations, architecture discussions, and partner diligence.
•Troubleshoot complex integration issues and coordinate with Engineering and Product to drive rapid resolution.
•Translate partner feedback into actionable product improvements and help evolve documentation, tooling, and integration processes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, Developer Relations, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
•Strong software or systems engineering foundation with understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and blockchain infrastructure.
•Professional experience in crypto, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or Web3.
•Experience supporting technical integrations with external partners or enterprise customers.
•Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required, along with maintaining 8–10 hours of U.S. overlap weekly.
