Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out requested reactive, proactive, and planned repairs to required standards within SLA deadlines.
  • •Cover maintenance across the Stoke, Crewe, Stafford, and Market Drayton areas as part of the AASC contract.
  • •Maintain responsibility for Health & Safety during and after all works for yourself and property users.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only.
  • •Undertake out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis to provide 24/7 emergency cover every 8–10 weeks.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous maintenance experience in a related field such as joinery, fitting, plumbing, or painting & decorating.
  • •Full UK driving licence and willingness/ability to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK.
  • •Ability to manage your own workflow and work effectively within a team when needed.
  • •Knowledge of Health & Safety responsibilities for yourself and property users during and after works.
  • •Willingness to purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved suppliers.
