As a Miele after-sales field technician, you repair high-quality household appliances at customers’ sites while representing the company through professionalism and customer rapport. You load daily work orders onto your laptop and work autonomously across your region, answering customer questions and advising on appliance use. You also prepare on-site offers for replacement appliances.
