Key Responsibilities

•Define the specifications of cross-border product capabilities and decompose business requirements into features and user stories.
•Prioritize the backlog and accept stories and features with clear acceptance criteria.
•Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to detail business requirements and ensure alignment with roadmap.
•Produce artifacts for internal customers and promote reuse of building blocks across programs.
•Ensure integrity and consistency of Cross-Border Services delivery across assets and channel interfaces (API, UI, Files, SWIFT).

Key Requirements

•12-15 years product development experience in a product management or line-management role
•Experience with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, serverless), microservice design, real-time scalable systems, API design, and distributed systems in a DevOps model
•Proven ability to decompose business requirements into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage a backlog
•Experience with XP, TDD and BDD in software development processes
•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in a matrix environment
