Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation testing, validation, and go-live for new client deployments, including reviewing documents/metadata for data quality and configuration issues.
  • •Validate clinical mappings (patient, organization, facility, custodian, OID, MRN) and document findings to communicate issues to project teams.
  • •Build and maintain AWS-based workflows and scripts/automation using Python and SQL; contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
  • •Assist with historical clinical data migrations, including validating source files/inventories/manifests and investigating discrepancies or missing records.
  • •Monitor production performance and troubleshoot integration and cloud-storage/data-processing issues; participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •1-3 years of experience in software engineering, technical support, cloud operations, data engineering, DevOps, or implementation support.
  • •Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • •Foundational SQL skills with ability to query and analyze data.
  • •Experience with Python (or another scripting language) and strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills.
