Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver training while adhering to Airbus standard policy and Flight Training Operations standardization.
  • •Instruct trainees on various training devices including full flight simulators and classroom training.
  • •Evaluate crews progression throughout training activities.
  • •Produce written reports and grade trainees’ performance at the end of each session.
  • •Determine the necessity for extra training to achieve required proficiency and support the improvement of training documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid/current ATPL for an applicable aircraft type from a recognized ICAO signatory country.
  • •Be type rated on the applicable aircraft type.
  • •Have 5 years of air carrier experience.
  • •Be the pilot in command on 2,000 hours of jet transport category aircraft.
  • •Including 500 hours of on-type experience, or two years of experience as a simulator instructor on Airbus aircraft.
