Airbus Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI)

Deliver synthetic flight training for airline crews as part of the Airbus Korea team, using full flight simulators (A330/A350/A380), Airbus pilot training devices, and classroom instruction. Train and standardize procedures for normal and emergency operations, evaluate crew progression, produce written reports and grades after each session, identify needs for extra training, and contribute to the improvement and development of training documentation. Commuting schedules include 3/1, 6/2, 9/3, or 1 month on/1 month off.
