Key Responsibilities

  • •Support salary reviews, promotions, incentive programs, and other compensation activities across the region.
  • •Prepare, audit, validate, and analyze compensation data, reports, and system information.
  • •Help deliver annual compensation cycles through data preparation, testing, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • •Manage compensation trackers, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Support compensation projects, regulatory requirements, audits, and reporting activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Compensation, Rewards, HR Operations, People Analytics, HR Shared Services, or a similar data-driven HR environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and reporting).
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • •High attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality handling employee and compensation data.
