Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate across Controls and Performance disciplines and liaise with Project Managers to gather data and track project progress.
  • •Collate multi-discipline progress data to update project/programme schedules in Primavera P6 and/or MSP.
  • •Collate cost data to support budget requests and update cost reports.
  • •Collect and integrate risk data into reporting to identify trends and mitigations.
  • •Prepare monthly reports measuring progress against baselines and support governance/assurance of project controls processes, including document management.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or qualification in a relevant discipline with some experience in a project control or office-based environment.
  • •Proactive, self-starting approach with well-developed communications and analytical skills.
  • •Ability to analyse data and apply demonstrated understanding of project controls concepts.
  • •Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines while working autonomously and in a team.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
