Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the franchise culture using Decimal’s values as the baseline.
  • •Oversee financial health including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.
  • •Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws; maintain documentation of decisions and procedures.
  • •Lead Accounting Managers and Delivery Support, conduct performance reviews, and guide compliance and day-to-day operations.
  • •Own client onboarding to Decimal’s standards, act as primary escalation for client issues, and review/sign off on complex engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • •7+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, or financial services.
  • •Track record managing client relationships directly and reviewing/signing off on complex engagements.
  • •Experience managing teams that include managers or senior staff.
  • •Business development or sales experience, including client expansion and proposal work.
