Key Responsibilities

  • •Support EAM onboarding by managing KYC, agreements, and ongoing maintenance documentation.
  • •Provide personalized and standardized service for Mashreq Private Banking clients onboarded through EAMs.
  • •Conduct outbound calling to existing clients to promote non-investment-related campaigns.
  • •Prepare monthly performance scorecard input files and deliver MIS and ad hoc BIU reports to stakeholders.
  • •Streamline automation of key reports, review outputs for gaps, coordinate portfolio change upload files, and ensure compliance with policies/SOPs and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, with a finance-preferred graduate degree.
  • •Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, including Macros.
  • •Hands-on SQL, PowerBI, and Business Objects knowledge for reporting and analytics.
  • •Experience in banking or the service industry is preferred.
  • •Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills, with excellent spoken English and writing ability.
