Key Responsibilities

  • •Support EAM (External Asset Management) RMs and the Head of EAM coverage desk with onboarding: EAM onboarding process, documentation, KYC, agreements, and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Provide personalized and standardized service for Mashreq Private Banking clients onboarded through EAMs.
  • •Promote non-investment-related campaigns to existing private banking clients via outbound calling exercises.
  • •Prepare monthly input files for performance scorecards across profiles in Frontline and streamline/automate key reports with BIU.
  • •Regularly review reports, identify gaps, remediate, track growth/de-growth from Swing reports, and prepare MIS and ad hoc BIU reports for stakeholders while ensuring adherence to policies, SOPs, governance KPIs, and audit outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in any stream (finance preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint including Macros, SQL, Power BI, and Business Objects.
  • •Experience in banking or the service industry will be preferred.
  • •Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with a pleasant personality.
  • •Good command of spoken English and excellent writing skills; customer-oriented and able to manage difficult situations.
