Sr. Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

Support cyber threat customers by managing their Falcon Intel Recon module and acting as an interface between client teams and CrowdStrike’s intelligence group. Triage and escalate notable findings, guide customers through results with subject-matter expertise, and translate customer feedback and feature requests into improvements for the Intelligence and Engineering teams. Own multiple customer relationships while driving process improvements to maximize satisfaction, success, and renewals.
