Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner cross-functionally with engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, agents/workflows, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies (e.g., AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, PyTorch) to build production AI systems.
  • •Invent state-of-the-art foundation model optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput.
  • •Own AI system architecture end-to-end and define SLOs for reliability; collaborate to optimize GPU/TPU utilization and lead technical reviews for deployment standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,200 - 245,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science/AI/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or related) plus 4+ years developing AI/ML, or a Master’s degree plus 2+ years developing AI/ML algorithms/technologies.
  • •4+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.
  • •Passion for staying abreast of AI research and applying novel techniques in production.
  • •Strong foundation in engineering and mathematics with expertise across hardware, software, and AI to find optimization opportunities.
  • •Ability to adapt to large, undefined problems and communicate findings clearly.
