Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deploy sales enablement initiatives that improve seller capability, behavior adoption, and execution aligned to CSBB priorities.
  • •Partner with Sales leaders and performance teams to identify priority sales behaviors and performance gaps and translate them into targeted enablement solutions.
  • •Use performance data, field feedback, and leader insights to continuously refine enablement strategies and improve effectiveness.
