Job Summary

Deliver insurance and financial product expertise within International Wealth and Premier Banking by conducting product training and client education for new launches. Follow a needs-based sales process to provide a consistent wealth experience, support relationship managers with technical advice and coaching, and act as a second point of contact for specific products and solutions. Conduct portfolio and policy reviews to assess suitability, manage risks, and complete client transactions where product needs are identified.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct product training for new product launches and lead client education events to improve client knowledge of financial markets and solutions.
•Follow the needs-based sales process and provide a meaningful, consistent wealth experience and outstanding client experience.
•Support relationship managers to build client trust and deepen relationships by improving the effectiveness and quality of needs fulfilled.
•Strengthen HSBC’s image by providing advanced technical product expertise and acting as a second point of contact for specific products and solutions.
•Conduct portfolio reviews with relationship managers, assess product suitability and market/regulatory change impacts, and complete transactions when appropriate.

Key Requirements

•Minimum six years of experience as a product specialist or financial advisor, or at least one year as a Sub-branch Manager in Wealth Management Business.
•Strong client skills to deliver excellent client experiences and needs-based solutions.
•Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets and relevant regulatory requirements.
•Extensive market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and current financial market activities.
•Ability to correctly identify client needs and manage a consultative sales process.
