Lead control management and operational risk governance for US Consumer Services, establishing a foundational structure to identify, assess, and manage operational risks in line with enterprise programs. Facilitate day-to-day exam management, advise business unit execution plans, support development of operational risk frameworks, and manage risk and controls governance forums. Drive adoption through communication, training initiatives, and integration of regulatory updates, sharing insights across the enterprise.
