Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical device characterization to determine electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •Operate fault isolation equipment to narrow down failure defect locations.
  • •Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to root-cause and classify defects, and present electrical/physical failure mechanisms weekly to drive improvement.
  • •Lead and guide CE PYE technicians and coordinate maintenance and uptime of fault isolation and physical failure analysis tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (or equivalent experience), Master’s (or equivalent experience), or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science.
  • •Proven ability to be a strong team player with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and a drive to excel.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex information in large meetings.
  • •Significant advantage: knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis.
  • •Ability to support shift rotation as required for operational needs.
