Key Responsibilities

  • •Own business requirements from concept through implementation by working closely with business and change stakeholders, product owner, and delivery teams
  • •Elicit, analyse, and document requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, and scenarios
  • •Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose and abstract requirements, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs
  • •Perform functional testing support and reviews for requirements, conduct basic troubleshooting, assist with defining test scenarios, and support defect triage and management
  • •Execute some basic technical analysis and test cases independently using SQL, Python, Unix commands, and API calls (Swagger) or small utilities

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in (BA) or (BSc) or (BCom) or BTech or MCA (MBA desirable)
  • •Relevant business analysis qualification in Capital Markets domain and experience in post-trade, including trade lifecycle management
  • •In-depth understanding of Margining (Initial and Variation Margin), margin calls, dispute process, settlement workflow, and allocations
  • •Knowledge of collateral agreements, ISDAs, CSA, and other reference data setups
  • •Experience with Agile and/or DevOps environments and using JIRA and Confluence; ability to own requirements end-to-end
