Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate ongoing research projects, track status, and prepare updates for joint steering meetings.
  • •Support stakeholder management by ensuring the right people are informed.
  • •Help prepare and run events with researchers from universities and SAP.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with doctoral candidates, student researchers, and university partners.
  • •Contribute to content and event-related materials in the research-to-product context.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as a student (w/m/d) at a university, preferably KIT.
  • •Preferred fields of study: Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable program.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Microsoft Copilot, LLMs) is a plus.
  • •Fluent German and English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
