Key Responsibilities

  • •Deepen knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its technologies.
  • •Develop understanding of ITIL-based processes and best practices to support client solutions (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SecOps).
  • •Apply acquired knowledge to client-facing projects under supervision of a Project Manager or Technical Leader.
  • •Collaborate within project teams and contribute to client relationships.
  • •Contribute to growth of colleagues and the company, potentially taking on more advanced project responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Education in technical disciplines; degree or diploma in scientific/informatic fields preferred.
  • •Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, SOAP Web Services, and API Programming in Java.
  • •Strong ability to work in a team and communicate with clients.
  • •Knowledge of ITIL, security, standards, and project management practices is preferred.
  • •Proven ability to draft conceptual analyses and technical solutions.
