Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered software and automation solutions for manufacturing and engineering operations in an Agile/Scrum environment. Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered software, data, and automation solutions aligned with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance in an Agile/Scrum environment.
•Own the full software development lifecycle, including solution architecture, UI/X design, coding, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, deployment, maintenance, and technical documentation.
•Design, build, and maintain scalable DataOps and MLOps pipelines for data integration, processing, model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
•Develop AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation to improve engineering productivity and operational decision-making.
•Integrate data from enterprise and manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, IoT, sensors, databases), and collaborate with IT and operational stakeholders to deploy secure solutions while monitoring performance and producing technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
•Strong Python programming skills, plus experience with Java, C#, or JavaScript; hands-on RESTful API development using FastAPI or Flask.
•Practical experience building AI solutions with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, Mistral, or Ollama.
•Solid understanding of data engineering, DataOps, MLOps, SQL databases, enterprise system integration, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
•Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills with stakeholder management and ownership.
