Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of UX Research experience across qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches, selecting the right method for the decision at hand.
  • •Independently build and lead a research program from opportunity identification and problem framing through execution, synthesis, and influencing product decisions.
  • •Experience researching and improving key product journeys such as acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, or similar funnels, translating research into measurable impact.
