Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead bring-up, integration, and ongoing operation of complex multi-disciplinary R&D tools as the primary owner of the R&D home tools.
  • •Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause investigations across mechanical, electrical, motion, software, optics, and vacuum domains in clean-room environments.
  • •Partner with cross-functional R&D teams to support experiments, run diagnostics, collect data, and drive improvements.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and execute integration tests and acceptance procedures to improve stability and repeatability.
  • •Plan and execute hardware/software module upgrades with minimal downtime while ensuring proactive risk prevention and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Work well as a team player with highly proactive, independent ownership of tool operations and improvements.
  • •Ability to travel up to 30% (to Israel) for related activities.
