Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full lifecycle of NetSuite, including architecture design, configuration, customization, and release management across core finance modules and reporting.
  • •Build and maintain NetSuite customizations including SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteScript automations, custom records, approval processes, searches, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics reporting.
  • •Manage roles, permissions, and security, partnering with Internal Controls to establish change management, data governance, and audit-ready SLAs.
  • •Own and support integrations between NetSuite and the finance stack (e.g., Ramp, Floqast, Workiva, Claude Co-work) while resolving ad hoc issues.
  • •Monitor system performance, drive the NetSuite roadmap, and identify automation opportunities, including deploying AI agents to replace manual workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on administering and configuring NetSuite ERP across GL, AR, Advanced Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay, and Consolidations.
  • •NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent NetSuite certifications.
  • •Proven SuiteScript development experience to design, build, and maintain automation scripts beyond native workflows.
  • •Deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows, including month-end close and consolidation processes.
  • •Experience establishing change management, data governance, and audit-ready controls, partnering comfortably with an internal controls function.
