Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an HR consultant to advise local HR and business stakeholders on local legislations, HR systems, and HR processes.
  • •Deliver HR processes including pre-hire checks, new-hire onboarding, employee data changes, disability claims, leave of absence, compensation and benefits support, and termination administration.
  • •Implement and review country HR processes and policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and company procedures; maintain HR control standards.
  • •Improve HR experience by identifying trends, evaluating HR process metrics and analytics, partnering to enhance systems/workflows, and spearheading onboarding/offboarding improvements.
  • •Support HR requests via HR platforms, develop employee communications, and provide guidance to managers on complex performance and disciplinary matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent HR services experience.
  • •Typically 4-7 years of relevant HR experience in HR Generalist, HR Administration, payroll, and/or HR operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
  • •Understanding of HRIS and HR systems, with Workday experience preferred.
  • •Fluent English and Turkish and/or Greek.
