Build and maintain evaluation infrastructure for an agentic investigation system, combining applied ML research with engineering. Design experiments to measure a long-horizon agent's performance across harm areas, create real-world misuse datasets, and productionize these evaluations into regression and release pipelines tied to model updates. Collaborate with policy experts to enable scalable, trustworthy abuse detection at Anthropic.
