Job Summary

Oversee all campus-level operational services to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-effective delivery. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee campus operational services and ensure smooth, compliant, cost-effective delivery while coordinating with the Principal and Head of Business Operations.
•Manage staff and performance for Facilities Manager, Procurement assistant, IT assistant, and Head nurse, including appraisals and KPI adherence.
•Lead purchasing and contract management, including operational budgets, POs, DoA compliance, vendor payments, and delivery asset tagging.
•Drive health and safety readiness, maintain H&S documentation, chair HSE meetings, manage incident reporting and post-incident investigations, and coordinate government inspections.
•Ensure compliance and campus initiatives including license renewals, onboarding documentation, ESG and energy conservation, campus development/CIP delivery, and shared services coordination.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or relevant operational qualification.
•3–5 years in operational roles, ideally in education, facilities, or service-driven environments.
•Lead health, safety, and compliance initiatives, including risk assessments, inspections, and incident reporting.
•Strong vendor and contract oversight experience with operational budgeting and procurement controls.
•Multi-service operations coordination with cross-functional problem-solving and crisis response.
