Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Sustainability Director in developing and maintaining the overall sustainability program.
  • •Collect, manage, analyze, and prepare climate data for reporting/disclosure to frameworks including GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, PCAF, and ISSB.
  • •Engage with internal subject matter experts, lines of business, and other corporate functions to obtain data for reporting and goal tracking, specifically with the climate risk team.
  • •Maintain and enhance Key’s sustainability data management platform over time and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for reporting obligations.
  • •Support external sustainability disclosures by working with external partners to develop and track goals, strategy, and GHG emissions inventory and financed emissions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (required).
  • •5+ years of experience in sustainability or a related field (required).
  • •Experience maintaining a greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory.
  • •Experience calculating financed emissions.
  • •Experience in climate risk assessment, sustainable finance taxonomies, and supply chain analysis and sustainability.
