Job Summary

Maintain and repair major rolling stock equipment for the Mine Reclamation team, performing safe preventive and corrective work on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Work under the Maintenance Supervisor on a full-time, unionized schedule (4x10 hours, Mon–Thur) at the Centralia Mine. Troubleshoot issues, complete primary and secondary maintenance duties across specified equipment, and support mine safety and production policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance repairs on major rolling stock equipment across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
•Perform primary maintenance on equipment including Hitachi 3500 loader, Cat wheel-loaders, Cat 777 mechanical haul trucks, and Cat dozers.
•Maintain additional equipment such as Cat 16H Motor Grader, Cat 323F Excavator, and WA900 Komatsu loader.
•Handle secondary maintenance responsibilities including light duty pickups, forklifts, and Class 8 service trucks.
•Follow mine safety and mine production policies and procedures under supervision.
