Key Responsibilities

  • •Run 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states, published status, named dependency owners, and target completion dates.
  • •Drive programs to completion across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go-to-Market, escalating when dependencies stall.
  • •Diagnose and redesign operational workflows spanning multiple teams and systems by quantifying current-state costs and implementing consolidated or automated replacements.
  • •Produce analysis behind program decisions using Lob’s data and reporting stack and available AI tooling.
  • •Document completed programs, transition them to permanent owners outside the role, and deliver leadership program reviews and status updates with recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,500 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4–7 years post-undergrad experience in management consulting/corporate strategy, business operations, strategic finance, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff work with direct ownership of an operationally complex domain.
  • •Strong program management skills scoping ambiguous work, sequencing dependencies, and holding owners to dates across multiple organizations without direct reporting lines.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present to and work with leadership while also executing recurring, unglamorous work.
  • •Analytical rigor with fluency to reach defensible numbers independently; familiarity with BI/data warehouse tooling and AI-assisted analysis expected (SQL helpful but not required).
  • •Bachelor’s degree required and a track record of measurable cross-functional outcomes with clear breakdown, change, alignment, and improvement details.
