Provide excellent customer service to restaurant guests by greeting visitors, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and entering them into the point-of-sale system. Serve orders promptly and professionally, monitor tables for needs, and handle guest questions, recommendations, and concerns. Ensure accurate billing and payment processing, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and follow health and safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
