Design and launch a Bitcoin-native derivatives product suite, including options, structured notes, yield products, and synthetic Bitcoin exposure instruments. Own instrument term sheet templates, pricing frameworks, and execution coordination across exchanges and OTC counterparties (Deribit, CME, and institutional desks). Build the regulatory compliance framework across relevant jurisdictions, help integrate derivatives into fund yield strategy, and support go-to-market with marketing collateral.
