  • •Design and develop the Interest.One derivatives product suite (options, structured notes, yield products, and synthetic Bitcoin exposure)
  • •Create product term sheet templates and pricing frameworks for each derivatives instrument
  • •Manage exchange and OTC counterparty relationships for derivatives execution (Deribit, CME, and institutional OTC desks)
  • •Develop the regulatory compliance framework for derivatives products across applicable jurisdictions
  • •Integrate derivatives into the digital asset fund yield strategy and produce marketing materials for fund distribution

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in derivatives structuring, trading, or product development
  • •Experience across both TradFi derivatives and on-chain equivalents

  • •Ability to develop product pricing frameworks and term sheet templates for multiple instruments
  • •Regulatory awareness of derivatives treatment under MiCA, ADGM, or SEC frameworks
