Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation/transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations to deliver termination outcomes.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents and maintain employee records in line with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support by assessing workplace concerns, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring cases, and driving process improvements through automation and product development.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR coverage across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research, and communicate practical recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Business-level advanced written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
