  • •Develop and monitor monthly work schedules and associated budgets; track performance vs. financial parameters and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • •Review and manage workshop structure, work flows, and job responsibilities with the Service Manager to ensure efficient and effective organization.
  • •Supervise technicians to ensure workshop processes and quality standards are followed to maintain profit and customer satisfaction.
  • •Ensure parts supply to technicians; when parts are unavailable, recommend alternatives to the parts department.
  • •Maintain workshop equipment (e.g., car wash, lifts) and manage registers and feedback (repeat job trends and product quality reports) to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree or diploma in engineering (mechanical/technical) plus a management qualification.

  • •Proficient in Autoline, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Strong technical expertise in workshop operations, warranty processes, and customer handling.
