Job Summary

Lead the engineering execution for the LTAMDS Radar Set product, coordinating the integration of LTAMDS sub-products into a complete radar solution. Partner across cross-functional teams to manage multi-contract production and delivery over several years, governing scope while incorporating new design capabilities for producibility. Own the scope, budget, and schedule, support EVMS and program planning, advise leadership on risk/constraints, and build technical bench strength by training sub-leads.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage production and delivery efforts across multiple LTAMDS contracts over several years.
•Oversee scope, budget, and schedule for integrating LTAMDS sub-products into a complete Radar Set product.
•Execute design, development, production, and delivery of the radar set across multiple teams.
•Govern contract scope while incorporating new design capabilities and producibility improvements; balance risk/constraints and advise leadership.
•Support Array IPT lead with EVMS, program planning, budgeting, and risk/opportunity management; train sub-leads and be accountable for technical decisions.

Key Requirements

•STEM degree with typically 10+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with minimum 7 years).
•Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical design.
•Experience with phase array structures and/or hardware packaging and/or array integration for military, mechanical, or commercial applications.
•Direct experience with the LTAMDS program and products.
•Proven technical leadership skills to develop work plans and drive success.
